1 large carrot, grated
1 large cabbage, grated or sliced fairly finely
1 large onion, finely chopped
6 stalks celery, thinly sliced
Dressing:
2 cups salad tangy dressing (Miracle Whip)
½ cup vinegar
¾ cup sugar
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ cup pineapple juice

Mix vegetables together in large bowl.
Whisk or stir well all dressing ingredients, pour over vegetables, stir to coat well.
Makes many servings, will keep well in the refrigerator for several days (a week or more).
